Abstract
Abstract: Objective: To explore the efficacy of cognitive motor dual task training in improving cognitive impairment in elderly stroke patients (PSCI) . Methods: 108 PSCI patients who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group (n=54, routine treatment, training) and an observation group (n=54, cognitive motor dual task training added to the control group) using a random number table method. Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results: After 8 weeks of training, the MoCA scores and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the stroke scale (NIHSS) score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The TMT-A and TMT-B scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive motor dual task training can improve the mental cognitive function, attention and execution abilities of elderly PSCI patients, and has a definite therapeutic effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
