[Abstract] Objective To explore the status of psychological resilience in lymphoma patients and its relationship with negative emotions. Methods Ninety-two lymphoma patients from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Psychological resilience Scale (CD-RISC) was used to assess psychological resilience. The general information such as patient gender and age were collected. The Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were evaluated. The differences in CD-RISC scores among patients with different data and the correlation between SAS scores, SDS scores, and CD-RISC scores were compared. The impact of CD-RISC score were analyzed using the multiple stepwise regression. Results Lymphoma patients CD-RISC score (62.03±8.05); There were significant differences in CD-RISC scores among patients with different pathological stages, age, marital status, and educational level (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in CD-RISC scores among patients of different genders, places of residence, and pathological types (P>0.05). The CD-RISC score is negatively correlated with SDS score and SAS score (P<0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that marital status, educational level, SDS score and SAS score were the influencing factors of psychological resilience of lymphoma patients. Conclusion The psychological resilience of lymphoma patients is at a medium level, and the level of psychological resilience is related to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, as well as marriage and educational level.
