Abstract: objective to investigate the sleep status and its related factors in patients with hematological malignancies. Methods: a total of 201 patients with hematological malignancies were recruited from March to July of the 20212021, and their sleep quality was assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) , to evaluate the total score of sleep quality and each sub-score, single factor analysis and logistic multivariate analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep disturbance in patients with hematological tumor. Results: among 201 questionnaires, 156 patients (77.6%) had sleep disorders. Univariate analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference in sleep status between those hospitalized for < 7 days and those hospitalized for > 30 days (m = -0.49, P = 0.004) , there was a significant difference in sleep status between the patients treated at the initial stage and those treated at the consolidation stage (m = 0.31, p = 0.010) , and there was a significant difference in sleep status between the patients treated at the initial stage and those treated at the consolidation stage (m = -0.286, p = 0.027) . Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the duration of hospitalization and other factors such as pain, external interference, psychological factors, skin pruritus were independent risk factors for sleep disturbance. Conclusion: the patients with hematological tumor are easy to have sleep disorder, and there are many factors leading to poor sleep quality.
