【摘要】目的:探讨儿童青少年抑郁症患者实施认知训练干预联合舍曲林治疗的临床效果。方法:于2020年10月-2022年10月采集病例资料入档,对象为医院收治的儿童青少年抑郁症患者共计120例,纳入对象基于“随机数字表法”规范化分组,划分为对照组(实行曲林治疗)与观察组(予以舍曲林治疗配合认知训练干预),各组均60例;观察对比两组抑郁程度、自闭症儿童心理教育评核(C-PEP-3)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、睡眠质量、认知功能。结果:治疗后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、CARS评分均下降,C-PEP-3评分均升高,且观察组较对照组更优(P<0.05);治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均降低,且观察组评分显著低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均明显提高,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:儿童青少年抑郁症患者应用舍曲林治疗配合开展认知训练干预,可使患者抑郁程度及行为得到显著改善,提高认知功能,保障良好的睡眠状态,可推荐临床应用。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of cognitive training intervention combined with sertraline treatment on children and adolescents with depression. Method: Case data were collected and filed from October 2020 to October 2022. A total of 120 children and adolescents with depression admitted to the hospital were included in the study. The subjects were divided into a control group (treated with tracycline) and an observation group (treated with sertracycline combined with cognitive training intervention) based on a standardized "random number table" method, with 60 cases in each group; Observe and compare the levels of depression, C-PEP-3 scores for children with autism, CARS scores, sleep quality, and cognitive function between two groups. Result: After treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score and CARS score of both groups decreased, while the C-PEP-3 score increased, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group scores were significantly lower (P<0.05); After treatment, the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were significantly improved in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of sertraline in combination with cognitive training intervention can significantly improve the degree and behavior of depression in children and adolescents with depression, improve cognitive function, and ensure good sleep status. It can be recommended for clinical application.
