Objective To explore the relationship between pregnant womens static behavior and anxiety and depression, and analyze the relationship between the duration of static behavior and the degree of anxiety and depression of pregnant women. Methods In a certain district of Shanghai, 14 registered pregnant women in 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (refined version) was used to investigate the static behavior of pregnant women, and Generalized Anxiexy Disorde-7 (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression levels of pregnant women in the district, Use stratified regression method to analyze and compare the relationship between static behavior duration and the degree of anxiety and depression in pregnant women. Results After adjusting for all confounding factors, there was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression levels of pregnant women and the duration of static behavior(P<0.01) .The study also found that the number of people living together, the annual income, smoking and drinking had a significant impact on the anxiety of pregnant women (P<0.01); The relationship between annual income, smoking, drinking alcohol and drinking tea on depression level of pregnant women was also shown(P<0 01).Conclusion Static behavior has adverse effects on the level of anxiety and depression of pregnant women, and the duration of static behavior is significantly related to the degree of anxiety and depression.
