[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of personalized high-quality nursing on anxiety after lung cancer surgery. Methods: The subjects of this study were 86 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021. They were grouped according to the random number table method (n=43 in each group). The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given personalized high-quality care on the basis of the control group. The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), visual analog self rating scale (VAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS), postoperative recovery indicators The total incidence of complications. Results: The SAS score, VAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group. The first time out of bed, indwelling drainage tube and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group (2.33%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Personalized high-quality nursing can effectively shorten the recovery speed of lung cancer patients, reduce pain and anxiety, and reduce complications.
