【摘要】目的：分析下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者在接受血管支架置入术治疗后展开术后功能锻炼联合心理康复护理的价值。方法：筛选2020年1月~2022年1月下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者80例作为研究对象，并按“随机抽样法”分2组（每组40例），对照组展开常规护理，观察组展开术后功能锻炼联合心理康复护理，对比2组负面情绪、心理状态、护理效果、并发症率。结果：观察组抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组各项心理状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组日常生活能力评分高于对照组，疼痛程度评分、住院时间低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管支架置入术患者康复过程中展开术后功能锻炼联合心理康复护理可改善其负面情绪及心理状态，使其以积极状态面对生活，从而改善整体预后效果，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the value of postoperative functional exercise combined with psychological rehabilitation nursing in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs after receiving vascular stent implantation. Methods: 80 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups (40 cases in each group) according to the "random sampling method". The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received postoperative functional exercise combined with psychological rehabilitation nursing. The negative emotions, psychological states, nursing effects and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05); The scores of psychological states in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05); The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (p<0.05); The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score and length of stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: functional exercise combined with psychological rehabilitation nursing during the rehabilitation of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans undergoing vascular stent implantation can improve their negative mood and psychological state, make them face life in a positive state, and improve the overall prognosis, which is worth learning from.
