【摘要】目的:分析护理心理学在门诊护理管理中对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:本次研究对象来源于本院2019年12月至2021年12月门诊100例患者,根据随机数字表法分组(每组n=50),对比组接受常规门诊管理,观察组在对比组基础上接受护理心理学管理,对比两组护理质量评分、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale, SDS)评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理质量评分高于对比组,观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对比组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康宣教(96.00%)、专业知识(98.00%)、沟通能力(96.00%)、预检分诊(98.00%)、服务态度(94.00%)、仪表举止(96.00%)满意度均高于对比组(74.00%、80.00%、78.00%、70.00%、74.00%、74.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊护理管理中护理心理学可有效提高护理质量,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,赢得患者认可、赞同。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing psychology on anxiety and depression in outpatient nursing management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 100 outpatients in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021. They were divided into groups according to the random number table method (n=50 in each group). The control group received routine outpatient management, and the observation group received nursing psychology management on the basis of the control group. The scores of nursing quality, self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Nursing satisfaction. Results: The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after nursing. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of health education (96.00%), professional knowledge (98.00%), communication ability (96.00%), pre examination and triage (98.00%), service attitude (94.00%), appearance and behavior (96.00%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (74.00%, 80.00%, 78.00%, 70.00%, 74.00%, 74.00%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing psychology in outpatient nursing management can effectively improve nursing quality, reduce patients anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions, and win patients recognition and approval.
