【摘要】探讨静默疗法联合思维转换在肝癌术后心理护理中的运用效果。方法 本研究对象为2019年2月-2021年6月我院90例肝癌手术患者，采用数字表法随机分组。两组均进行常规术后护理，对照组采用常规心理护理，观察组采用静默疗法联合思维转换进行心理护理，均干预4周。干预前、后评价焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、癌症病人生活质量量表（EORTCQLQ-C30）以及Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分，记录并发症发生情况。结果 两组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均较护理前降低，且护理后观察组显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）;两组护理后EORTCQLQ-C30评分、KPS评分均较护理前升高，且护理后观察组显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 静默疗法联合思维转换用于肝癌术后心理护理能够降低患者焦虑抑郁情绪，提升生活质量以及功能状态。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of silent therapy combined with thinking conversion in psychological nursing after liver cancer surgery. Methods Ninety patients with liver cancer surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according digital table method. Both groups received routine postoperative nursing, the control group received routine psychological nursing, and the observation group received psychological nursing using silent therapy combined with thinking conversion, both of which were intervened for 4 weeks. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), quality of life scale for cancer patients (EORTCQLQ-C30) and Karnofsky functional status (KPS) score were evaluated before and after the intervention. The complications were recorded. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The EORTCQLQ-C30 score and KPS score of both groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Silence therapy combined with thought conversion for postoperative psychological care of liver cancer can reduce patients anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life and functional status.
