Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in infectious diseases. Methods: The study was limited to March 2021 to May 2022. A total of 60 subjects were randomly divided into 30 groups based on case information. The difference between the two groups was that the control group followed the conventional nursing management methods. On this basis, the study group strengthened safety management and comprehensively compared the effects of the two groups. Results: The quality scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); In the study group, there were no hospital infection events and only one patient complained. The adverse events and hospital infection rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After the safety management was implemented in the study group, the patients were more satisfied with all aspects of the work of the nursing staff, P<0.05. Conclusion: Strengthening the safety management of clinical nursing can effectively control the incidence of nosocomial infection, improve the quality of nursing, and ensure the safety of patients treatment.
