Objective: To explore the clinical effect of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with liver disease in the Department of infection, and to observe the clinical indicators of patients, including treatment compliance, quality of life and other clinical indicators. Methods: a total of 80 cases were studied, all of which were patients with liver diseases in the Department of infection treated in our hospital. The case selection time was from November 2020 to November 2021. All patients were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The grouping method was lottery. The patients in the control group and the experimental group received general nursing and humanistic care respectively. The treatment compliance and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results: the treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); In terms of quality of life score, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the data comparison results showed that there was statistical significance (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: humanistic care can improve the treatment effect of patients with liver disease in the Department of infection. At the same time, it is of great significance to improve patients bad mood, which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
