摘要	探究急性阑尾炎围术期护理中采取基于循证的快速康复外科概念的效果。方法本研究于2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治104例急性阑尾炎患者，将上述患者设为本次研究对象，患者均采取手术治疗。以随机数字表法分为对照组及实验组，其中对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取基于循证的快速康复外科概念护理，每组各有52例。两组患者通过护理后以手术相关指标、并发症发生率、生活质量以及护理满意度对其护理效果予以评价。结果实验组手术相关指标相比较对照组较优（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。结论在阻肺呼吸衰竭患者护理中采取急性阑尾炎围术期护理中采取基于循证的快速康复外科概念护理，可改善患者手术相关指标，减少并发症产生，同时能够提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。此种护理方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of adopting evidence-based fast recovery surgery concept in perioperative nursing of acute appendicitis. Methods: From February 2021 to February 2022, 104 patients with acute appendicitis were treated in this study. The above patients were selected as the subjects of this study, and all patients received surgical treatment. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received evidence-based fast rehabilitation surgery concept nursing, with 52 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated by the operation-related indicators, the incidence of complications, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction after nursing. Results: The operation-related indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of patients with obstructive pulmonary respiratory failure, adopting evidence-based fast recovery surgery concept nursing in the perioperative nursing of acute appendicitis can improve the operation-related indicators of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of life and nursing care of patients. satisfaction. This nursing method is worthy of clinical application.
