分析精神病患者睡眠障碍的诱发因素及护理干预对策

摘要	探析精神病患者睡眠障碍的诱发因素及护理干预对策。方法选取2021年4月~2021年12月我院收治的84例精神病患者，随机分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施护理干预，比较两组的PSQI 评分、SF-36 评分、MMSE 评分、ADL评分。结果观察组的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能等 PSQI 评分显著低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的心理状态、生理功能、社会情况、躯干水平评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的MMSE 评分、ADL 评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论精神病患者实施护理干预后，能够改善患者的睡眠质量、生活质量、精神状态，也能提高生活能力，值得推广和应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the inducing factors of sleep disorder in psychotic patients and nursing intervention countermeasures. Methods: 84 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented nursing intervention. The PSQI score, SF-36 score, MMSE score and ADL score of the two groups were compared. Results: the PSQI scores of the observation group in terms of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, hypnotic drugs and daytime function were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The psychological state, physiological function, social condition and trunk level score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); The MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention for psychotic patients can improve their sleep quality, quality of life, mental state, and improve their living ability, which is worthy of popularization and application.
