个性化护理指导对社区居家留置尿管的老年患者尿路感染的影响

摘要	探讨个性化护理指导对社区居家留置尿管的老人尿路感染发生率的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月留置导尿患者50例，按照随机数字表法实施分组，分为观察组25例，对照组25例，其中对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施个性化护理指导：对患者和照护者进行留置尿管知识的健康指导，每周电话随访，每2周上门随访1次，优先服务。对比两组患者尿路感染发生率、患者对社区护士满意度评分以及患者生活质量评分。结果 ①尿路感染发生率。观察组尿路感染发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；②患者对社区护士满意度评分。观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；③患者生活质量评分。观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论个性化护理指导可以降低尿路感染发生率，提高患者对社区护士满意度以及提高社区居家老人患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the causes of urinary tract infection caused by indwelling catheter at home in community, and to explore nursing measures. Methods: 50 patients with indwelling urethral catheterization from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases). Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while those in the observation group were given targeted nursing measures according to the causes of urinary tract infection. The incidence of urinary tract infection, satisfaction score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results: ① Urinary tract infection. The incidence of urinary tract infection in the observation group was 4.00% lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P < 0.05). ② Satisfaction score. Satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); ③ Quality of life score. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After analyzing the causes of urinary tract infection caused by community home catheterization, implementing targeted nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection, improve satisfaction and quality of life.
