With the progress of the times, the ways of information dissemination have gradually diversified, which not only brings people a rich sense of experience, but also creates new opportunities for cultural dissemination. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, fishing culture is a typical representative of "cultural confidence". Therefore, it is our responsibility and obligation to inherit and develop excellent fishing culture. This paper expounds the transmission routes of fishing culture in the new era from three aspects: Internet platform, education and cultural tourism industry, and analyzes the possible problems in the dissemination process, hoping to put forward relevant suggestions for promoting the high-quality dissemination of fishing culture in the new era.
