围术期心理护理对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛程度及HAMA、HAMD评分影响分析

摘要	分析围术期心理护理对于四肢骨折患者的护理效果。方法选入2020年9月-2022年9月间入院治疗的71例四肢骨折患者。随机数字表分组，A组36例实行围术期心理护理；B组35例实行围术期常规护理。对比护理各项指标。结果护理前，组间的心理评分对比后P＞0.05。护理后，A组的心理评分均低于B组（P＜0.05）。护理前，组间的疼痛评分对比无差异（P＞0.05）。护理后，A组的疼痛评分低于B组（P＜0.05）。护理前，组间的生活质量评分较为相近（P＞0.05）。护理后，A组的生活质量评分高出B组（P＜0.05）。A组的护理满意度高出B组（P＜0.05）。结论在四肢骨折围术期开展心理护理可以纠正患者的负面心理，抑制其痛感，且能提升生活质量，获得其高度满意。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing effect of perioperative psychological nursing for patients with limb fracture. Methods: 35 cases in group B received routine nursing during perioperative period. After nursing, the psychological score of group A was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in pain scores between groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the pain score of group A was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the quality of life scores were similar among the groups (P > 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Carrying out psychological nursing during perioperative period of limb fracture can correct the negative psychology of patients, restrain their pain, improve the quality of life and obtain their high satisfaction.
