Objective: To use occupational health examination in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis. Methods: 80 pneumoconiosis patients were selected from June 2019 to June 2021 and divided into 40 patients in the observation group and the control group. Occupational health examination is implemented for the two groups of staff, and the whole physical examination process should be strictly implemented according to the regulations and standards. Results: By comparing the detection of pneumoconiosis, the number of cases and detection rate of patients in the conventional group and test group were 2,5.00%, 6, and 15.00%, respectively. After comparison, the effect of the test group was better (p <0.05). Conclusion: Occupational health examination is used in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis, and the overall adverse condition is low, and the number of pneumoconiosis is small.
