摘要	本文着重分析综合护理联合早期高压氧舱在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床应用效果。方法选取 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间 84 例住院治疗的 HIE 患儿，比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿 MDI 与 PDI 评分均优于参照组，后遗症发生率 4.76%，护理满意度为 97.62%也均优于参照组（33.33%、80.95%）， P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论对 HIE 患儿实施早期高压氧舱+综合护理，可阻止或减轻脑水肿发展，避免患儿出现后遗症，促进病情康复，同时提高患儿家长满意度。
Abstract	Objective This paper focuses on analyzing the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with early hyperbaric oxygen chamber in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 84 hospitalized HIE patients treated between January 2021 and December 2022 were selected to compare the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The MDI and PDI scores of the children in the study group were better than that of the reference group, the incidence of sequelae was 4.76%, and the nursing satisfaction was 97.62% was also better than that of the reference group (33.33%, 80.95%). P <0.05 indicates the comparative significance. Conclusion Early hyperbaric chamber + ensemble in infants with HIE Combined nursing, can prevent or reduce the development of cerebral edema, avoid sequelae of children, promote the rehabilitation of the disease, and improve the satisfaction of parents of children.
