Objective To observe the effect of goal-achieving positive behavior construction on discharge of lung surgery patients. Methods 100 patients with pulmonary surgery admitted to the Department of Pulmonary Surgery of Guangdong Provincial Peoples Hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group according to block randomization. The control group was followed up with conventional nursing method, and the observation group was followed up with goal-achieving concept based positive behavioral construction nursing method. The two groups were compared after 3 months of intervention. Results After 3 months of intervention, the exercise, lung function exercise and review of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); The wound VAS score, PSQI score and MSSNS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). ESCA scores in both groups were significantly increased compared with before intervention (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group at the same period (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive behavior construction based on the goal achievement concept can effectively improve the compliance behavior and self-care skills of patients after discharge from the hospital after lung surgery, and improve the prognosis of patients, which has high clinical application value.
