Objective The effect of conventional treatment on gastric ruffian is not obvious, so the combination of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction and acupoint application was used to observe the therapeutic effect again. Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, 60 patients with gastric ulcer were treated in our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The treatment methods of Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application were compared. The curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of adding Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application was better, the total effective rate of patients was higher, and the TCM syndrome scores were also better, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer is significantly better than other methods. Adding traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the incidence of discomfort and adverse reactions, so it is worthy of widespread promotion.
