摘要	探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术中的护理要点及应用。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月20例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施全程护理。比较两组护理前后不良情绪得分、护理满意度、并发症率。结果实验组不良情绪得分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术患者实施全程护理效果确切，可减轻患者不良情绪，减少并发症和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the key points and application of nursing in interventional operation of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs. Methods from January 2021 to December 2022, 20 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities underwent interventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received whole course nursing. The scores of adverse emotions, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results the score of bad mood in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of whole course nursing care for patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs after interventional therapy is accurate, which can reduce the patients bad mood, reduce complications and improve their satisfaction.
