摘要	分析冠心病患者术后实施系统心脏康复护理对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月行手术治疗的冠心病患者106例，随机分为观察组(系统心脏康复护理)和对照组(常规护理)各53例，对比效果。结果观察组生活质量评分和6min步行试验距离均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组心肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统心脏康复护理可有效改善冠心病术后患者的心肺功能，改善运动耐力，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the influence of systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after operation. Methods 106 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent surgical treatment from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group (systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing) and the control group (routine nursing) with 53 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The quality of life score and 6-minute walking distance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The cardiopulmonary function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, exercise endurance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after operation.
