Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of treating with sodium nitroprusside in patients with hypertension and acute left heart failure. Methods: Hypertension and acute left HF were selected and randomized. The study group patients received sodium nitroprusside treatment, and the control group was conventional treatment, comparing clinical treatment advantages. Results: (1) in terms of treatment efficiency, the treatment efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the study group (p <0.05); (2) in terms of clinical indicators and blood gas analysis indicators, except for PaCO2 and HCO3-, the study group was better than that of the control group, with significant differences (p <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with hypertension and acute left heart failure in the emergency department, using sodium nitroprousside can make the patients vital signs more stable, guarantee the treatment effect, and have higher safety.
