摘要	探究综合护理在血浆置换联合血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的价值。方法回顾2018年1月至2022年1月之间本院收治确诊为重症急性胰腺炎，且采取血浆置换联合血液透析滤过治疗的患者共计20例展开研究，自然随机划分组别，对照组10例经由常规护理辅助治疗，观察组10例接受综合护理，对比护理后患者腹痛、黄疸、恶心呕吐、出血（消化道/皮肤黏膜）的占比；统计护理有效率。结果观察组护理后患者腹痛、黄疸、恶心呕吐、出血（消化道/皮肤黏膜）的占比偏低，护理有效率偏高，（P<0.05）。结论血浆置换联合血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎期间患者情况相对复杂，护理工作的开展需综合各项治疗需求，保障疾病得以有效控制。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in plasma exchange combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 20 patients diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis and treated with plasmapheresis combined with hemodiafiltration in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 10) receiving conventional nursing assisted therapy, observation group (n = 10) receiving comprehensive nursing. The proportions of abdominal pain, jaundice, nausea and vomiting, and bleeding (digestive tract/skin mucosa) were compared after nursing. Statistical nursing efficiency. Results In the observation group, the proportion of abdominal pain, jaundice, nausea and vomiting, bleeding (digestive tract/skin and mucosa) was low after nursing, and the nursing efficiency was high (P<0.05). Conclusion The situation of patients with severe acute pancreatitis during plasma exchange combined with hemodiafiltration is relatively complicated, and nursing work should be carried out comprehensively to ensure effective control of the disease.
