健康教育对妇产科护理效果及孕产妇健康知识掌握程度的影响研究

摘要	实验将针对孕产妇进行健康教育，重点健康教育的内容和侧重点，帮助产妇掌握更多孕期、分娩前后的相关知识，提升依从性。方法针对80例孕产妇为对象，样本来源于2021年6月，截止为2022年5月，按照时间划分两个对比组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为健康教育，对比治疗成果。结果从数据可见，观察组在人文关怀评分的各个项目上均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在实施健康教育管理后，护理人员的护理服务质量有明显提升，特别是在服务与沟通态度、健康教育管理等方面尤为突出，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。最后，产妇在健康教育知识的掌握情况上，观察组患者以总分（92.63±2.74）分，高于对照组的（81.65±4.47）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论采用健康教育对孕产妇开展围产期指导具有必要性，能够阻止产妇的错误行为，纠正产妇的错误心态，积极的配合医师工作，有助于提升护理服务质量，加强孕产妇的健康知识掌握度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective The experiment will carry out health education for pregnant women, focus on the content and focus of health education, to help pregnant women to master more relevant knowledge before and after pregnancy and childbirth, and improve compliance. Methods For 80 pregnant women, the sample was obtained from June 2021 to May 2022, and it was divided into two comparison groups according to the time, the control group is routine care, the observation group is health education, and the comparative treatment results. Results According to the data, the observation group was higher than the control group, and significant (P <0.05). After the implementation of health education management, the quality of nursing services of nursing staff has been significantly improved, especially in the service and communication attitude, health education management and other aspects, and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05). Finally, in terms of maternal health education knowledge, the patients in the observation group scored a total score (92.63 ± 2.74), higher than the control group (81.65 ± 4.47), with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to adopt health education to carry out perinatal guidance, which can prevent wrong behaviors, correct wrong attitudes, actively cooperate with doctors, help improve the quality of nursing service, and strengthen the mastery of maternal health knowledge, which is worth promoting.
