Objective To explore the effect of health education model in the process of nursing management for diabetic patients. Methods According to the cases in contrast to explore nursing assessment form, from our hospital in March 2019 to May 2022 in diabetic patients treated by selecting 200 patients as the research sample, according to the random sampling to choose the way they are divided into two nursing team, any one group, in the process of routine nursing management, The corresponding nursing operation was carried out in accordance with the conventional form, as the control group, and the health education model was used in the process of nursing management for the remaining patients, as the observation group. To analyze the difference of nursing management effect. Results Combined with the two groups of patients for disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction comparison, the observation group has advantages, P<0.05. The blood glucose level and quality of life of patients before and after intervention showed no difference before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of health education model in the process of nursing management for diabetic patients can improve the blood glucose level of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and deepen the understanding of disease knowledge.
