| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the value of perioperative psychological nursing in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods from July 2020 to June 2022, 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received psychological nursing and the control group received routine nursing. The psychological state, operation time, hospital stay, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results at the end of the intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the test group were (31.56 ± 3.63) and (33.28 ± 3.91) respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (44.85 ± 4.72) and (46.14 ± 5.36) (P < 0.05). As for the operation time, the data of the test group (195.83 ± 29.67) min was shorter than that of the control group (219.58 ± 31.68) min (P < 0.05). As for the hospitalization time, the data of the test group (6.92 ± 1.58) d was shorter than that of the control group (9.64 ± 2.17) d (P < 0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the data of the test group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (P < 0.05).Regarding the treatment compliance rate, the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than the control group, 80.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion with psychological nursing in the perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery, the adverse mood is relieved more quickly, the operation time is shorter, the condition is recovered faster and the satisfaction is higher.
