摘要	本研究通过分析慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者合并抑郁领域的发文情况、研究热点以及研究趋势，为该领域相关人员开展学术研究提供参考。方法在Web of Science数据库中检索乙肝患者合并抑郁相关的英文文献（论著或综述），发表日期限定为2003年1月1日—2022年12月30日。利用CiteSpace软件对检索到的文献进行可视化分析，并绘制相关图谱。结果检索获得447篇文献，结果显示，乙肝合并抑郁领域论文数量整体呈上升趋势，关键词共现示depression（抑郁79次）为最高的标志性节点，quality of life（生活质量79次）、combination therapy（联合治疗71次），依次位列第二、第三；关键词突现示乙肝患者抑郁的研究于2011年左右大量涌现，一直延续至2022年。关键词聚类生成4个图谱，研究集中于biopsychosocial predictor（生物-社会-心理预测指标）、major depressive disorder（抑郁症）及mental illness（精神疾病）。结论本研究利用citespace软件对慢性乙肝患者合并抑郁可视化分析，初步揭示该领域发展方向，特别是在生物-社会-心理预测评估乙肝患者抑郁方面将会在未来的研究中占有重要地位。
Abstract	Objective This study provides reference for relevant personnel in this field to carry out academic research by analyzing the published articles, research hotspots and research trends in the field of chronic hepatitis B patients with depression. Methods The English literature (treatises or reviews) related to depression in patients with chronic hepatitis B were searched in the Webof Science database, and the publication date was limited from January 1, 2003 to December 30, 2022. The CiteSpace software is used to visually analyze the retrieved documents, obtain the basic information such as the number of papers published, cited documents, keyword co-occurrence, prominence and clustering, and draw relevant visual maps. Results 447 papers were retrieved, and the results showed that the number of papers in the field of depression in patients with chronic hepatitis B was on the rise as a whole. The key words co-occurrence analysis showed that depression (79 times) was the highest landmark node, quality of life (79 times), combination therapy (71 times), ranking second and third in order; The results of key words highlighted showed that the research on the psychological status of patients with chronic hepatitis B emerged in a large number around 2011 and lasted until 2022. Key words Cluster analysis generates four cluster maps, and the research focus is on bio-social predictors, major depressive disorder and mental illness. Conclusion This study uses citespace software to visually analyze chronic hepatitis B patients with depression, and initially reveals the development direction of this field, especially in the bio social psychological prediction and assessment of depression in hepatitis B patients, which will play an important role in future research.
