摘要	分析治疗踝关节骨折患者中才哟红骨科护理临床路径的效果。方法 2018年1月到2023年1月本院骨科收治的踝关节骨折患者800例进行分析，其中400例分为研究组，采用骨科护理临床路径模式；另外400例分为参照组采用常规护理，统计护理结果。结果研究组护理后患者的踝关节功能高于参照组，临床效果和满意度均比参照组高（P＜0.05）。结论在治疗踝关节骨折患者中采用骨科护理临床路径模式，能够有效地提高患者的康复效果，具有较高的借鉴和推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway of Caiyouhong orthopedics in the treatment of ankle fracture. Methods 800 patients with ankle fracture admitted to our department of Orthopedics from January 2018 to January 2023 were analyzed, 400 of whom were divided into study groups and adopted the clinical pathway mode of orthopedics nursing. The other 400 cases were divided into the control group for routine nursing and statistical nursing results. Results The ankle joint function of nursing patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the clinical effect and satisfaction were higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of orthopedic nursing clinical pathway model in the treatment of ankle fracture patients can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients, and has a high value of reference and promotion.
