Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological nursing on negative emotions in patients with severed finger replantation. Methods From August 2021 to July 2022, 70 patients admitted to the burn plastic surgery department of our hospital for replantation of severed fingers were divided into control group and study group by double-blind method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group carried out traditional nursing measures, the study group strengthened positive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group nursing, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The functional recovery of the reconstructive finger in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores were better after intervention, the difference between the two groups was P<0.05. The total compliance rate in the study group was 97.14%, higher than 80% in the control group, and the difference was P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of positive psychological nursing in patients with replantation of severed finger is beneficial to relieve the negative emotions of patients and promote the functional recovery of reconstructed finger, which is worthy of clinical reference.
