Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in emergency treatment of traumatic fracture patients. Methods 124 patients with traumatic fracture from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected and divided into group A (routine nursing) and group B (predictive nursing) by double-blind method. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in group B was 3.23%, while that in group A was 14.52% (χ2=4.888, P=0.027); The nursing satisfaction of group B was 93.54% higher than that of group A (79.03%, χ2=5.415, P=0.019). The rescue situation of group B [rescue time (51.23 ± 9.06) min, hospital stay (14.12 ± 2.27) d, rescue success rate 98.39%] was better than that of group A (p<0.05); After nursing, the scores of psychological state in group B [mental anxiety (1.17 ± 0.56), sleep disorder (1.14 ± 0.59), and physical anxiety (1.12 ± 0.41)] were better than those in group A (p<0.05)；VAS score of group B after nursing (2.38±0.19) was lower than that of group A (2.74±0.25) (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in emergency treatment of traumatic fracture patients can achieve better rescue effect.
