中医辩证治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效观察与护理

摘要	对Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采取中医辨证治疗的效果和护理措施进行分析。方法为了促进Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者治疗效果的提升，研究就中医辨证治疗的具体应用效果展开深入的探讨，将本院60例Ⅲ型前列腺炎治疗患者作为研究对象进行分组，并在分组后分别实施不同的治疗措施，即对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采用中医辨证治疗联合心理护理，将两组患者治疗后得到的不同治疗结果进行比对。结果经比较发现，观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，组间差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论针对Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采用中医辨证治疗联合心理护理可以提升患者的治疗效果，改善其康复速度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing measures for patients with type III prostatitis. Methods In order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients with type III prostatitis, the study carried out in-depth discussion on the specific application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. 60 cases of patients with type III prostatitis were grouped as research objects, and different therapeutic measures were implemented after grouping, that is, the control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with psychological nursing. The different treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results After comparison, the therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than control group, and the difference between groups was large (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with type III prostatitis, the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and psychological nursing can enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the speed of recovery.
