摘要
研究护理临床教学中护理管理系统下微信联合CBL教学法的效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年12月我院护理临床学习的60名护生为对象,随机单盲法分组,每组30名,对照组常规教学,观察组护理管理系统下微信联合CBL教学。结果 观察组的带教结果评分、个人能力指标分数较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论 护理管理系统下微信互动联合CBL教学模式在临床护理带教中起到的作用非常大,提升护生的学习热情和积极性,培养临床思维,也提升护生的综合能力。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of wechat combined with CBL teaching method under nursing management system in clinical nursing teaching. Methods A total of 60 nursing students enrolled in clinical nursing study in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 30 students in each group by single blind method. The control group received routine teaching while the observation group received wechat combined teaching with CBL under the nursing management system. Results The scores of teaching results and individual ability index in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of wechat interaction combined with CBL under the nursing management system plays a very important role in clinical nursing teaching. It can enhance the learning enthusiasm and enthusiasm of nursing students, cultivate clinical thinking, and enhance their comprehensive ability.
