Objective To compare the effect of different tension-free hernioplasty in the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 100 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the digital randomization method, all patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, of which 50 patients were in each group. After admission, this group of patients were treated with mesh plug tension-free hernia repair, while the observation group patients were mainly treated with flat mesh tension-free hernia repair, The therapeutic effects of two kinds of patients after different treatment were compared. Results After tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital, the overall effective rate of the control group reached 68%, and the overall effective rate of the observation group reached 84%, the two kinds of patients were significantly higher in terms of treatment effectiveness than those in the observation group (p<0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had significantly shorter operative time and postoperative recovery time (p<0.05). Compared with the control group in terms of surgical bleeding volume and treatment cost, the left patient in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and during the treatment, the complications and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment of inguinal hernia, the effect of tension-free hernia ring repair with flat mesh is more obvious, and its application in hospital surgery shows high safety and reliability, which has great clinical promotion value.
