Objective To compare the efficacy of "Flashing Fire Silver Needle" combined with body acupuncture plus acupoint application and simple body acupuncture plus acupoint application in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: 180 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our unit were selected as the observation objects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=90, treated with simple body acupuncture plus point application) and the observation group (n=90, treated with "flash fire silver needle" combined with body acupuncture plus point application); The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of "Flashing Fire Silver Needle" combined with body acupuncture and acupoint application in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the cervical function, promote the improvement of the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, and has high application value.
