观察心理护理在月经不调女性康复中的效果

摘要	探究心理护理在月经不调女性康复中的临床效果和使用价值。方法选取我院收治的月经不调患者72例，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（36例，使用常规护理）和观察组（36例，使用心理护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用心理护理后，其心理状态评分、生活质量评分、康复效果均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在月经不调患者康复过程中，采用心理护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效改善其心理状态，提升其生活质量，促进其康复。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of women with irregular menstruation. Methods 72 patients with irregular menstruation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (36 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (36 cases, using psychological nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients have achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation groups psychological status score, quality of life score and rehabilitation effect after using psychological nursing care are better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation process of patients with irregular menstruation, psychological nursing can achieve better results, effectively improve their psychological status, improve their quality of life, and promote their rehabilitation.
