Objective To explore the effect of clinical care in patients with ICU diabetes combined with pulmonary infection. Method from October 2020 to February 2022, our ICU diabetes patients with lung infection, randomly selected 72 cases as a study, and the digital table to patients group care, 36 cases of control group patients receive routine care, another 36 cases of observation group of high quality care, the clinical effect of 2 groups of patients care analysis and comparison. Results The blood glucose levels and serum inflammatory factors of the observation group were significantly better than the control patients, (P <0.05). Moreover, the nursing service attitude scores, nursing skills scores and emergency handling ability scores were significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion For the care of ICU diabetes patients with lung infection, the clinical implementation of quality care is ideal, which is conducive to stabilize the blood glucose index, control the serum level of inflammatory factors, so as to inhibit the progress of the disease, which is worth promoting.
