Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing measures in the clinical treatment of thyroid patients. Methods 60 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Tongbai County Central Hospital, Nanyang City, Henan Province from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The patients in the control group used the conventional nursing mode of the hospital for intervention after admission, while the patients in the observation group used the fine nursing mode for intervention. The scores of SDS and SAS were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. At the same time, the thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of patients after nursing intervention was measured and evaluated. Results After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention, and compared with the control group, the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In addition, after nursing intervention, the VAS and TSH index scores of the two patients decreased significantly, and the two index scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of fine nursing to thyroid cancer patients during hospitalization can effectively improve their psychological status, relieve their pain to a certain extent, and comprehensively improve their quality of life, which is of great clinical value.
