Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of infusion patients. Methods According to the method of comparative nursing observation, 60 patients with transfusion from July 2021 to November 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases, routine nursing during infusion) and the observation group (30 cases, psychological nursing during infusion). Analyze the nursing effect. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the negative emotion scale (SDS, SAS) before the intervention. After the intervention, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of patients satisfaction with nursing operation in all aspects during the infusion period were statistically analyzed. The observation group had higher scores in operation skills, infusion room management, pain degree and health education (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of infusion patients can improve the psychological state of patients in the process of infusion and increase their satisfaction with nursing work.
