心理干预在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	评估心理干预在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法以干部休养所门诊部2021年1月~2021年12月中收治的老年高血压患者，选取72例用于研究，以随机数字表法分组护理，36例接受常规干预的患者为对照组，另外36例应用心理干预的患者为观察组。结果 2组患者的心理状态评分、血压水平及护理满意度相比，显著观察组各项指标较优，（P＜0.05）。结论对于老年高血压患者的护理，应用心理干预的效果理想，对患者的心理状态具有缓解作用，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the application effect of psychological intervention in the care of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 72 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the outpatient department of the cadre rest center from January 2021 to mid December 2021 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into nursing groups using a random number table method, with 36 patients receiving routine intervention as the control group and 36 patients receiving psychological intervention as the observation group. Results: Compared with the psychological state score, blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction of the group 2 patients, the significant observation group was better. (P <0.05). Conclusion: For the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension, the effect of psychological intervention is ideal and alleviates the psychological state of patients, which is worth popularizing.
