Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with diabetes ketoacidosis. Methods: A total of 60 subjects were selected in this study, and the study duration was from June 2021 to April 2022. Statistical methods were used to group 30 subjects in each group. The difference between the two groups was that the study group applied comprehensive nursing and the control group applied routine emergency nursing, and the nursing effects, complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: One patient in the study group had hypokalemia after treatment, and six patients in the control group had complications after treatment, the incidence was significantly higher than that in the study group (P<0.05); The time of turning negative and reaching the standard of poisoning symptoms, clinical blood ketone, urine ketone and blood glucose in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the fasting and postprandial blood glucose values of the patients in the study group were also better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction scores of the study group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing in clinical treatment can effectively shorten the emergency treatment time of patients with ketoacidosis, reduce the incidence of complications, correct various indicators in a short time, and improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients.
