Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing care in the care of patients with myasthenia gravis. Method: A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with myasthenia gravis in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021. According to nursing methods, they were divided into two groups: high-quality nursing group and routine nursing group, with 30 patients in each group. Statistical analysis of clinical efficacy, incidence of complications, recurrence, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. The total effective rate of patients in the high-quality nursing group was 93.33% (28/30) higher than that in the conventional nursing group, which was 66.67% (20/30)（χ2=6.667，P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the high-quality care group was 3.33% (1/30) lower than that in the conventional care group, which was 30.00% (9/30)（χ2=7.680, P<0.05), with a recurrence rate of 3.33% (1/30) lower than 26.67% (8/30) in the conventional care group（χ2=4.706，P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the high-quality care group was 86.67% (26/30) higher than that in the conventional care group, which was 60.00% (18/30)（χ2=5.455，P<0.05）. Conclusion: The application of high-quality nursing care in the care of patients with myasthenia gravis is more effective than routine nursing care, and it is worth promoting.
