Objective: To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total cystectomy. Methods: 20 patients undergoing laparoscopic total cystectomy in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the routine group (2021.05-2021.10) and the experimental group (2021.11-2022.04), with 10 patients in each group. Routine nursing was given to the patients in the routine group, and routine nursing + FTS nursing was given to the patients in the experimental group. The scores of quality of life, scores of bad emotions before and after nursing, nursing satisfaction of patients and the incidence of complications were compared. Results: before nursing, the results of adverse emotions in the two groups were similar (P > 0.05). After nursing, compared with the routine group, the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the adverse emotion score and complication rate of the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing intervention of FTS in the peri operation period of patients undergoing laparoscopic total cystectomy can promote the recovery of the disease and reduce the complications. It is recommended to popularize the application.
