摘要	分析颈椎病颈痛患者在中医护理中实施艾灸法的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月诊治的颈椎病颈痛患者76例，随机分为观察组和对照组各38例，对照组采取常规护理+艾灸，观察组给予中医护理，对比干预效果。结果观察组疼痛评分及颈痛发作频率均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理颈椎病颈痛患者中采取艾灸法可有效改善患者颈部疼痛，提升疗效，改善睡眠。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of moxibustion on patients with cervical spondylosis and cervical pain in TCM nursing. Methods: 76 patients with cervical spondylosis and neck pain diagnosed and treated from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional nursing+moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing to compare the intervention effect. Results: The pain score and the frequency of cervical pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion can effectively improve the neck pain of patients with cervical spondylosis, enhance the curative effect and improve sleep.
