优质护理干预模式在血透患者的护理价值分析

摘要	探析优质护理干预模式在血透患者的护理效果。方法选取2022年1月~2023年1月我院收治的100例血透患者，随机分为两组，对照组50例实施常规护理，观察组50例实施优质护理干预模式，对比两组的心理状态、生活质量、并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果护理后，观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的各项生活质量、护理满意度高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对血透患者实施优质护理干预模式可以提高生活质量，焦虑、抑郁心理状态得到改善，对并发症起到预防作用，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the nursing effect of high-quality nursing intervention mode in hemodialysis patients. Methods: 100 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (50 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (50 cases) received high-quality nursing intervention. The psychological status, quality of life, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing intervention mode for hemodialysis patients can improve the quality of life, improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression, prevent complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
