Objective: To analyze the causes of hypotension after coronary angiography and stent implantation and explore the nursing countermeasures. Methods: 1000 patients who underwent coronary angiography and stent implantation from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected to pay close attention to the postoperative blood pressure level and performance, timely detect hypotension, analyze the causes of hypotension, and provide targeted treatment and care for patients. Results: Among 1000 patients, 10 had hypotension, the incidence rate was 10.00%. The causes of hypotension were vagal reflex, insufficient blood volume, reperfusion injury, pericardial tamponade, improper drug use, bleeding at puncture site, and acute coronary stent thrombosis. The causes of hypotension should be dealt with in time, and the blood pressure level of patients should be restored to or close to that before operation. Conclusion: Patients with severe coronary heart disease need to take coronary angiography and stent implantation treatment. Patients may have hypotension after operation. Relevant nursing measures should be taken and paid close attention to. Early detection of hypotension after operation and active treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of hypotension, prevent aggravation of the disease, and ensure the improvement of the effect and prognosis.
