摘要	分析综合护理用于带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面的价值。方法 2020年9月-2022年8月本科接诊带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面病人90名，随机均分2组。试验组采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果关于皮瓣成活率和满意度，试验组数据分别是97.78%、97.78%，和对照组82.22%、80.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组发生率2.22%，和对照组数据17.78%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于创面愈合时间：试验组数据（11.38±2.54）d，和对照组数据（15.74±3.02）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于护理纠纷：试验组发生率0.0%，和对照组数据8.89%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分：试验组数据比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面用综合护理，效果显著，皮瓣成活率更高，并发症发生率更低，满意度改善更加明显，创面愈合更为迅速，生活质量更好。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing for repairing skin defect wounds with vascularized flaps. Methods From September 2020 to August 2022, 90 patients with skin defect wounds repaired by vascularized flaps were treated in undergraduate study and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. Complications and other indicators were compared. Results The survival rate and satisfaction of flaps in the experimental group were 97.78% and 97.78%, respectively, which were higher than 82.22% and 80.0% in the control group (P < 0.05). Complications: The incidence of experimental group was 2.22%, which was lower than that of control group (17.78%) (P < 0.05). The wound healing time of the experimental group was (11.38±2.54) days, which was shorter than that of the control group (15.74±3.02) days (P < 0.05). About nursing disputes: the incidence of the experimental group was 0.0%, which was lower than that of the control group (8.89%) (P < 0.05). Regarding the SF-36 score, the data of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing for repairing skin defect wounds with vascular pedicled flaps has significant effect, higher survival rate of flaps, lower incidence of complications, more obvious improvement of satisfaction, faster wound healing and better quality of life.
