探讨饮食护理对胃溃疡患者饮食保健知识及疗效的影响

摘要
就饮食护理在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果进行了研究和分析,主要论述了饮食护理在他们饮食保健知识层面和临床疗效上的作用。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年2月间本院收治的胃溃疡患者140例作为研究样本,以随机选择分组为主,将这140例病人分成对照组与观察组,观察组接受饮食干预的护理方法,而对照组接受常规的干预方法,分析得出两组在饮食保健知识方面的了解与掌握情况,还有在临床疗效方面的差异比较情况。结果 关于饮食保健知识方面,经过2个月的护理后观察组患者在饮食的原则、选择、饮食应注意事项及其他认识和掌握程度均好于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床疗效上,观察组经过2个月的护理后的治疗效果明显比对照组经过2个月护理的效果好(P<0.05)。结论 护理人员通过饮食护理,可以使胃溃疡患者获得更多的理解与掌握,饮食保健知识比较全面,同时能够调整患者的心态,提升患者的生活质量,主动养成良好的饮食习惯,从而达到更高的临床疗效,对其身体的恢复也起到积极的作用,值得进一步推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the effect of dietary care in patients with gastric ulcer, and mainly to discuss the role of dietary care in their level of dietary health knowledge and clinical efficacy. Method selected between February 2020 and February 2021 we admitted 140 patients as a study sample, with random selection group, the 140 patients are divided into control group and observation group, observation group accept dietary intervention nursing method, and control group accept conventional intervention method, analysis of the two groups of diet health knowledge and mastery, and compare the difference in clinical efficacy. Results In terms of dietary health care knowledge, the observation group had better dietary principles, selection, precautions and other knowledge and significant differences (P <0.05); in clinical efficacy, the treatment effect after 2 months was significantly better than 2 months of care (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing staff through dietary nursing, can make gastric ulcer patients get more understanding and master, diet health knowledge is comprehensive, at the same time can adjust the patients mentality, improve the quality of life, take the initiative to develop good eating habits, so as to achieve higher clinical efficacy, to its body recovery also plays a positive role, is worthy of further application.
