人性化护理在老年慢阻肺患者护理中的应用

摘要	探究人性化护理在老年慢阻肺患者护理中的效果。方法择2020年1月至2020年12月期间我院60 例老年慢阻肺患者，并分组，n=30 例，对照组常规护理，观察组人性化护理，将两组进行对比。结果护理后观察组生活质量较对照组高（p＜0.05）。结论对老年慢阻肺患者实施人性化护理，有利于患者生活质量的提升，可广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in nursing elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From January to 2020. In December 2020, 60 elderly patients with COPD in our hospital were divided into two groups, n=30 cases, the control group received routine nursing and the observation group received humanized nursing, and the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing for elderly patients with COPD is beneficial to the improvement of patients quality of life and can be widely used.
