优质护理在消化内镜诊疗患者中的作用

摘要	研讨对消化内镜诊疗患者采用不同护理的效果进行分析。方法研究时间是 2019 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月，本次研究对象为 100 例接受消化内镜诊疗患者，50 例为对比组实施常规护理，50 例为探析组实施优质护理，对比两种不同护理方案效果进行对比。结果护理后，两组患者不良反应发生率、护理有效率、护理满意度互比，探析组均低（高）于对比组，差异有统计学意义 P＜0.05。结论通过优质护理应用在消化内镜诊疗患者中，能够在提高患者护理有效率的同时，也能够减少不良反应发生率，获得更多患者及家属的护理满意度，可在很大程度上使患者体验更加优质的护理服务，值得推广及应用。
Abstract	Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of different nursing for patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment. Methods The study period was from January 2019 to January 2022. The subjects of this study were 100 patients receiving digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment, 50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and 50 patients in the analysis group were given high-quality nursing. The effects of two different nursing schemes were compared. Results After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions, nursing effectiveness and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared with each other, and the analysis group was lower (higher) than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy can not only improve the efficiency of patients nursing, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and obtain more patients and their families nursing satisfaction, which can greatly enable patients to experience more high-quality nursing services, which is worthy of promotion and application.
